We are saddened that your purchase didn’t fulfill your needs and wishes. If less than 30 days have passed since the purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all the original accessories. Otherwise, you will receive a partial refund.
In the unlikely event your new purchase develops a fault within the first 30 days of purchase, simply return the item (complete with all original packaging and accessories) and you will be offered the choice of either a replacement product or a full refund.

How to Return Your Order
- Fill in the form below within 30 days of order receipt
- Carefully pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all accessories are being returned and the product won’t be damaged in transit
- We recommend that you take one or two photos of the returned item(s) during packing. That may help us in case the shipping company grossly mishandles the package.
- We will reply to you within 1-2 working days and provide you with the needed details for the return
- Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account
- Please allow up to 14 days from day of collection for your refund to be processed, depending on the banking system
